The 2021 growing season in Hawke’s Bay was of exceptional quality. This Merlot was picked in excellent condition, achieving ripe tannins and concentrated flavour.

AGEING Aging for a short time in a drange of oak, to help craft a wine with elegance and balance.

PAIRING Perfect with barbequed red meats, hearty stews or dark chocolate.
