Castelli del Grevepesa has concentrated on producing high quality wines by carefully selecting the grapes and by complying with the strict regulations of the Law and the Consorzio “Gallo Nero” (Black Rooster).

Among the wineries of Castelli del Grevepesa,  the most renowned are: Panzano, a fortified medieval village built in the vicinity of our Etruscan and later Roman settlement; Lamole, a small village high up on the South-East Hills of Greve in Chianti and Castle of Bibbione
