FR Domaine Christophe Patrice Chablis

Chablis Domaine Christophe Patrice is an elegant complex Chablis. Produced from old vines, this is a traditional style of Chablis, with a lean, steely minerality.The vineyard has an area of 22 hectares, with an average vine age of 45 years. Unlike the majority of Chablis winegrowers, the vines are planted in low density and single guyot pruning is practiced instead of double guyot in order to concentrate on quality over quantity. This care and attention is reflected in the high quality of this wine.

TASTING NOTES A fine and intense nose with aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits with hints of flint and minerality in the background.  The palate is balanced, lively and light with good freshness that continues with a pleasant and round finish.
