Residual sugar 50 g/l

APPEARANCE Ruby red colour with a nice and inviting rosé froth.

NOSE Gently sweet and fruity nose.

PALATE With a pleasant and youthful acidity, the taste is clean and smooth.

VINIFICATION Traditional pressing of the grapes followed by maceration at low temperature for 36 hours, in order to obtain this semi-sweet red sparkling wine.

PAIRING Ideal with pizza, pasta and soft cheese or just on its own. To be served chilled (8°-10°C).
