This Estate Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the Chiles Valley AVA, a sub-appellation of the Napa Valley nestled in the Vaca Mountains. 

The climate is cooler than the main Napa Valley floor due to our elevations of 900 -1200 feet, which allows for development of flavor and color while retaining natural acidity. 

The unique and distinctive terroir creates Cabernet Sauvignon grapes with deep, rich fruit flavors, fine tannins and natural, fresh acidity that is critical to cellaring.

TASTING NOTES Perfumed aromas of cedar and ripe dark fruit are followed by a soft and full impression on the palate, with flavors of dark fruit and black pepper spice. The finish is long with luscious blueberry notes. 

FOOD PAIRING NOTES Pairs exceptionally well with richly flavored meats, such as ribeye steak, prime-rib and lamb.
