CH Volcanes de Chile Reserva Sauvignon Blanc

A Sauvignon Blanc which is vibrant on the palate, made from grapes which fully express the most extreme land, produced by volcanic eruptions.

This wine is bright greenish-yellow in color. Notes of lime, grape fruit, lemon peel, white flowers and minerality on nose, with hints of white pepper and herbs. Revealing a fresh and nervous mouth, with delicious acidity; this wine is very fruity, flavorsome and elegant. Ideal with white meat, lean fish and shellfish, salad, pasta with subtle sauces and cheese.

This special range of wines are grown on Volcanic slopes, the Volcanic character is an attribute which makes our wines more vibrant and richer with greater complexity in aromas and on the palate.

APPEARANCE : Bright with a greenish hue.

AROMA: Citric aromas and delightful minerality combine with subtle, herbal notes.

PALATE: Flavours of Lime and lemon zest as well as a clear underlying minerality. A hint of herbaceous flavours and pleasant salinity. A very fruity and expressive wine with an elegant finish enhanced by the three months of lees contact post-fermentation.

PAIRING: Drink alone or with white meat, fish, seafood or light salads.
