This special range of wines are grown on Vocanic slopes, the Volcanic character is an attribute which makes our wines more vibrant and richer with greater complexity in aromas and on the palate.

BLEND: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Syrah.

APPEARANCE: Bright, ruby-red.

AROMAS: Bursting with cassis and underlying notes of minerality.

PALATE: Intense fruit flavours combine with fresh acidity with primary flavours of blackcurrants and strawberries with subtle hints of spice and mineral notes.

PAIRING: Grilled meats or dishes with rich, flavoursome sauces.

PROCESS: French and American oak casks, malolactic fermentation and ageing for 9 months.

Tasting Notes: Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon shows the living force in its tannins which reflect its origins in volcanic soil strata. 

Bright ruby-red in color, with fresh and expressive aromas of red and black fruits, spices, with hints of smoke and tobacco, which captures the palate with power and finesse; medium-bodied, a smooth texture enveloped in candied fruits, notes of toast, menthol and spices. 

Good accompaniment for red meat, barbecues, stews, empanadas, pork or chicken with spicy sauces and cheese
