Le Rose is an exciting Mediterranean blend of varieties. The Cinsault adds all its silkiness and it is the core of the wine with 56% of the blend, 21% of Syrah adds its fruit expression and spiciness, 15% of Grenache brings its roundness and intense aromas of fresh fruit and flowers, and finally a 8% Mourvèdre adds its velvety texture and complexity.

AGEING The wine was stored for 5 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
PAIRING Serve ideally as an appetizer, fresh salads, fish and sea food. It can also be enjoyed with spicy and bittersweet dishes.
