This is a well-rounded and fruity wine featuring the rich flavours of ripe plum, blackberry jam and spices. This is balanced with vanilla and caramel flavours to result in a wine with good depth and intensity of flavour. 

Pairs well with succulent red meat dishes and tomato based pasta.
