NOSE Vibrant fruit-driven nose bursting with tropical fruits and herbaceous characters.

PALATE On the palate luscious flavours of citrus zest and pineapple combine with notes of currant leaf and sweet red pepper. Finely balanced with zesty acidity, an underlying minerality, and just a hint of residual sweetness which brings to a long, dry, and persistent finish.

PAIRING Pan-fried freshwater fish, grilled prawns, garden salad and Asian-style seafood dishes are a very good match with this crisp wine.
