APPEARANCE Deep garnet red.
NOSE Aromas of ripe black fruits, such as black cherry, blackberry and plum.
PALATE This wine is fleshy, well-structured with flavours of baked fruits and liquorice and the warm and savage of soils of the Roussillon area.
AGEING The wine is aged in vats for few months.
PAIRING Ideal with beef and roasted meat.
READINESS FOR DRINKING Drink now or in the next 2 to 3 years.
