FERMENTATION Fermented at max. temp. 27-29 °C, for 12 days with maceration of 15-20 days in stainless steel tanks. 

AGING: 6 months in French Oak. 

ALCOHOL 13 % vol

ACIDITY / PH 5,3 / 3,73

TASTING NOTES Bright red color with intense violet hues. Fresh nose of violets and rich plum marmalade laced with chocolate and vanilla oak flavors. A soft, sweet entry leads to a well-structured and long, persistent wine. Round, silky tannins.

FOOD PAIRING This Malbec pairs nicely with a meat dish that mirrors its tangy berry flavors like Cranberry Pot Roast or Roast Duck with Sour Cherry sauce.
